Hey bro, got my 2019 CRF450RWE all converted but the rpm seems low like yours was. What was the setting you changed that got it right? I have mine on 1 PPR and it's saying it's idling at around 500 which seems low. I have it wired to the coil like you did. Thanks!
@723racing It's been 7 months too long since your question. I hope that you found a solution. It's been a while since I messed with the trail tech. I can't remember the values that I set, but it was dead on once I did. If you haven't already contact trailtech, Technical support. Those guys are super helpful and they can get you set up.

Theres no excuse to not be wearing gloves. I brought my riding jacket and gloves. Got distracted with trying to keep my bike running from a dead battery for sitting 2 years. The track was also closing and wanted to get a few runs in. Again no excuse, safety first. I definitely love my hands.

Question why was ur wheel spinning but not the tyre
Short story is that I just found a spot to set up camp mins before this video. I then saw a Can-am struggling where most trucks drove through pulling trailers. As for the “Wheel Spinning”, My guess is that he was already running low air pressure and drove through deep water before getting stuck in this sand. The water acted as a lubricant between the wheel and tire. (Causing the wheel to Slip at the bead)

Meh, I prefer a straight pipe. I would only put on a muffler if a cop gets me.

I’m looking at buying my first bike and was looking around the 600cc range and I’m really interested in the gladius. This colour is just too nice and it’s incredibly affordable right now, perfect for a first bike. Not sure what exactly you’ve done to yours but it looks awesome.

On your RPM lead, did you solder that to the coil wire?
No, there was no need. I went through the rubber boot and intertwined the wires. There was enough naked wire before the solid connector to connect securely. The boot is so tight, it helps from anything coming loose. Make sure you have extremely thin needle-nose to make it easier!

Why not use a stage 3 exhaust
Are you talking about the soda can style muffler that is optional? If so, I did not like the sound nor the look. Also, I just wanted to do something different. The header that is on it came with the stage 1 kit.
